I do a lot of things. LOL. First and foremost, I am a loving husband and supportive father.
I am a Gen X -Boomer Cusper that has spent 25+ years developing strategic marketing partnerships that benefit K-12 schools and nonprofit organizations. While at Scholastic, I focussed on literacy partnerships in low income communities in the US and the Caribbean. After helping Scholastic (a 100+ year old company) better communicate with Millennial parents, I authored the book, “GENERATION EVERYONE! A Guide to Generational Harmony @ Work, School & Home”. I travel all over the US performing keynote presentations on the topic. When the Pandemic temporarily halted my speaking career, I joined MemberHub, a technology company that provides communications, e-commerce, and online fundraising software to K-12 schools. During the Pandemic, over 14,000 schools used our software to communicate daily with 25 million parents even when schools were shut down across the US. I lived in Altamonte Springs for 25 years and moved to Ormond Beach six years ago

Embrace your mistakes and learn from them, don’t look backwards, always move forward with your eyes on the prize

Photographic Vacation to Yosemite and the Canadian Rockies- I’m also a professional photographer and official photographer of The Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce

Leon Bridges and EDM Music depending on the mood
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
I love the downtown Ormond Beach businesses. They have maintained the original look and feel of the building and there is great food
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Being outside. I love our beaches and our river.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Right here in my tiny Ormond Beach home with 10 million Givebacks “Backers” supporting social good around the world
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
I have extreme anxiety and it is my greatest strength. Gen X’ers did not have any acronyms when we grew up, we just learned how to deal with it and it made us stronger.
