I’ve been in Florida for 15 years moving down from Chicago in 2006. I lived in Chicago for 16 years graduating UIC with a degree in business administration. I partnered up with Patrick Moynihan and acquired LuLu’s last year. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years working with Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Trotter and most recently worked with Tim Curtis and the Houligans brand for 12 years.

I have a beautiful wife, 24 y.o son, 20 and 10 y.o.daughters

The interaction with the guests and staff. The adrenaline rush when we are slammed to orchestrate the perfect execution of the best dining experience
