I’m originally from North Georgia. I was a US Navy Wife for 22 years and we lived all over the East Coast & 4 years in Sicily!
I moved to Ormond Beach 1 year ago! I love this quaint little town!
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have 3 children…living in Florida, Washington & North Carolina!
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I worked for ITB, a government contracting company for NASA for 10 years as a meeting and event planner. I decided to start a new career when I moved to Ormond Beach last year and my friend & business partner formed Fun Coast Food Tours, LLC!
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I love all of the restaurants on Granada Blvd. On the FCFT we have 4 stops and try a small plate from each restaurant and the idea is that they will go back another day for a full meal!
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
Just moved here 1 year ago & love it so much!
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Pat Sullivan – He is a true local…born & raised here & has taught me so much about Ormond Beach!
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I love Italy…love the food there…Always good food & wine there!!!
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Under the Tuscan Sun!
Q: What advice would you give to people?
I’m so excited that people are getting vaccinated and are getting out and about again to go out to eat & enjoy the fun things to do on the FUN COAST!!!
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Would love to visit the pinks sands of Bermuda!

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
I’m a newbie to Ormond Beach…but I am so thankful for the Chamber of Commerce for welcoming Fun Coast Food Tours and introducing me to other small businesses in the community!
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Dolly Parton! Love her music and her humanitarianism! I would take her to Rose Villa!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I love the small town feel…amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches!
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Still here enjoying life on the FUN COAST!
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
In 2012 I ran 12 Half Marathons with a great running buddy!

Taormina, Sicily – Bellissima!

July – My Birthday month!
